Our training is available in many formats from one to one coaching to multi-day seminars. All our sessions are tailored to your requirements and incorporate your own policies and procedures. However, the emphasis is always on giving delegates the knowledge they need to take away and implement in practice and setting the law into context for them. Through practical exercises - such as return to work interviews and mock tribunals - and encouraging debate and discussion our sessions are interactive and fun.
