Jenny Jones LLB

Jenny qualified in 1998 in commercial litigation with a City law firm before moving to another City firm where she specialised in employment law. Moving to Wales in 2001, she joined the employment team of one of Wales' leading firms. She has handled a wide variety of work for both public and private sector clients, with extensive experience defending discrimination claims, complaints of unfair and constructive dismissal and breach of contract.

Jenny regularly advises employers on non-contentious matters, such as the management of internal human resourcing issues relating to grievance and disciplinary procedures, performance management and ill-health management. She also advises senior executives on departure strategy and the negotiation of compromise agreements.
